Privacy Policy

Code Siren, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides Batty: Video Poker Trainer and Batty Pro: Video Poker Trainer. This policy applies to both apps, including the Android packages com.codesiren.batty and com.codesiren.batty.pro.

Information stored on your device

The apps use local storage and memory to provide gameplay, remember your preferences, restore game progress, and help you review decisions. This information includes:

• Settings, selected games and paytables, recent games, and simulated bankroll and game progress.
• Session statistics, hand history, and hold-analysis results used by the Trainer and review screens.
• A local diagnostic record of the latest recorded Trainer review, which can include the cards, holds, game, paytable, expected values, and time of the review.

This information is not automatically uploaded or transmitted to Code Siren, LLC. We do not collect advertising identifiers, track you across apps, sell your personal information, or share gameplay information with advertisers.

Support requests

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and any information you choose to send, such as your message, screenshots, or diagnostic files. We use this information to respond, troubleshoot problems, and maintain support records. Our email service providers process correspondence on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to handle your request, maintain necessary support records, or meet applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion by emailing [email protected]. Please do not send sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

Purchases and external services

Google Play handles the purchase and distribution of Batty Pro. The apps do not collect your payment-card details. Google processes purchase, download, and platform information under its own policies.

The apps can open the Code Siren and Vampire Slots websites, the Vampire Slots YouTube channel, and the Batty Pro store listing in your browser or another app. Visiting these services is optional. Their operators may receive information such as your IP address and browser or account information, subject to their own privacy policies. This policy covers the Batty apps, not those external websites or services.

Retention and deletion

Saved preferences and game progress remain on your device until replaced or deleted. Session-only statistics and hand history are held in memory and are not retained after the app process ends. The latest saved Trainer diagnostic remains until overwritten or deleted.

On Android, you can remove an app's local data through Settings → Apps → Batty or Batty Pro → Storage → Clear storage, or by uninstalling the app. Menu names may vary by device. Each edition has separate app storage; clearing one does not clear the other. There is no online Batty account to delete.

Security

Local app data is stored within the operating system's app storage. We use reasonable safeguards for support information we receive. No device, storage system, or method of communication can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

The apps are intended for adults practicing simulated video poker and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it.

Simulated money and game credits

All game credits, dollar displays, balances, and payouts in Batty and Batty Pro are simulated. The apps do not accept real-money wagers, deposits, or withdrawals. Simulated funds have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money or prizes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will provide any additional notice required for material changes.
